Granite has a uniform structure, hard texture, beautiful color, and durability. It is a high-quality building stone and is known as the “king of rocks”. Granite can be used from roofs to floors in construction. If it is crushed, it can also be made into cement or rock filling dams. Granite is not easy to weather, has beautiful colors, and its appearance color can be maintained for more than a hundred years. In addition to being used as high-end building decoration and hall floors, it is also the material of choice for open-air carving. Because granite is rarer than ceramics or other man-made materials, laying granite floors can greatly increase the value of real estate, and natural granite countertops have unique temperature resistance, making them the choice for processing all kinds of plates.
Processing technology:
Granite processing is divided into four stages: coarse crushing by jaw crusher, medium and fine crushing by impact crusher or cone crusher, and sand making and packaging by sand making machine.
The first stage: coarsely crushed granite blocks are evenly fed by the vibrating feeder through the silo and transported to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. After coarse crushing, the materials are screened and transported by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher or cone crusher for medium and fine crushing.
The second stage: medium and fine crushed materials are transported to the impact crusher/cone crusher. After medium and fine crushing, the granite is screened by the circular vibrating screen, and the larger particles are returned to the impact crusher/cone crusher for further crushing.
The third stage: sand making sends the crushed granite to the sand making machine for further crushing and shaping. If clean granite is required, it can be sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning.
The fourth stage: packaging The finished dried materials are packaged and stored.
