The bauxite processing and production process primarily includes four stages: calcination, crushing, grinding, and finished product packaging.
Stage 1: Calcination
The raw materials are fed into a calcining furnace for high-temperature calcination, although drying is also sometimes used.
Stage 2: Crushing
The calcined material is crushed in a jaw crusher and then fed into a bauxite mill.
Stage 3: Grinding
Once the crushed material enters the mill production system, the entire grinding and grading process is automated within the mill. Loading and unloading operators should closely monitor the data from the electrical control cabinet.
Stage 4: Finished Product Packaging
Qualified bauxite powder is released through a discharge valve and packaged as a finished product.
Aluminum ore powder has a wide range of applications, but aluminum, a reactive metal, easily oxidizes when exposed to air. It occurs primarily in the form of compounds in nature. Aluminum is obtained by refining bauxite ore rich in hydrated alumina.
