Superfine rotor classifier is a new type of grading equipment developed to overcome the defects of centrifugal and cyclone powder classifiers such as uneven material spreading and uneven grading flow field. Based on the rotor powder classifier, the plane eddy current theory is applied to the design of the cyclone powder classifier, and the improved powder classifier with external circulation rotor is designed. The fineness adjustment is flexible and convenient, and the performance is reliable.
It is widely used in coal mills, raw material intermediate unloading drying mills and cement mill systems in new dry process cement production lines.

The material is dispersed outside the classification area. The classification area of the superfine rotor classifier is narrow and long, the air flow field is balanced and stable, the classification performance is good, and the classification efficiency is high.
The superfine rotor classifier has a large processing capacity, and with the same processing capacity as other powder classifiers, the volume can be made smaller.
We configured a PE500X750 and PYB900 cone crusher combined mobile station for the customer. The vibrating feeder feeds the granite below 400mm into the PE500x750 jaw crusher for primary crushing, and then it to the PYB900 cone crusher for secondary crushing.
