What equipment is needed to crush limestone?

Limestone crushing production lines usually include the following main equipment:

1. Jaw Crusher + Impact Crusher

 Advantages: The process is mature and reasonable, with high operation rate and moderate equipment investment. The product variety ratio is easy to adjust, the product particle shape is good, and the powder material is less. The process is short, the stone powder content is low, and the finished aggregate particle shape is excellent.

Application: This is a process widely used at home and abroad, especially suitable for the crushing of soft materials such as limestone.

2. Jaw Crusher + Cone Crusher

Advantages: low needle-like content, low proportion of powdery materials in the product, strong wear resistance, and long service life of vulnerable parts (such as the crushing wall and mortar wall of the cone crusher can reach 3~5 years).

Disadvantages: high initial project investment and high maintenance requirements. However, in areas with low requirements for powdery materials, this process has high economic value.
